Giant Prague Celeriac
Better than mashed potatoes, celeriac is a 4 inch buttery root, which grows tiny celery at the top.
When seedlings have 2 true leaves, transplant outdoors in late May to mid-June when weather is warm and settled. Set plants 6–8" apart in rows 24–36" apart. Celery, in its ancient form, was a swamp plant, so keep soil moist but not flooded.
